Sub-Processors

Overview
Triagly uses a limited number of third-party sub-processors to deliver our feedback intelligence platform. Each sub-processor is bound by data processing agreements that ensure your data is handled securely and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
We do not sell or share Customer Data with third parties beyond these sub-processors, which are used solely to provide Triagly's core functionality.
Infrastructure Sub-Processors
These sub-processors are used to operate the Triagly platform and process Customer Data as part of normal service delivery.
Supabase (AWS)

- Purpose
- Database, authentication, edge functions, and file storage
- Data processed
- All customer data including feedback submissions, user accounts, organization data, and file attachments
OpenAI
United States
- Purpose
- AI processing — summarization, classification, sentiment analysis, and embedding generation
- Data processed
- Feedback text content submitted through the platform. No personally identifiable information is required or intentionally sent.
Vercel
United States
- Purpose
- Frontend application hosting and server-side rendering
- Data processed
- Authentication tokens, session data, and API requests routed through the dashboard
Stripe
United States
- Purpose
- Payment processing and subscription management
- Data processed
- Billing information, payment method details, and subscription status
Resend
United States
- Purpose
- Transactional email delivery
- Data processed
- Email addresses and email content including AI-generated feedback briefs
Sentry
United States
- Purpose
- Application error monitoring and performance tracking
- Data processed
- Error logs and performance data, which may incidentally contain request metadata
Optional Integrations
These services only process Customer Data when explicitly enabled by the customer through Triagly's integration settings. Data is sent to the customer's own account with these providers.
GitHub
- Purpose
- Issue tracker integration (customer-initiated)
- Data processed
- Feedback summaries pushed to the customer’s own GitHub repository
Linear
- Purpose
- Issue tracker integration (customer-initiated)
- Data processed
- Feedback summaries pushed to the customer’s own Linear workspace
Asana
- Purpose
- Issue tracker integration (customer-initiated)
- Data processed
- Feedback summaries pushed to the customer’s own Asana workspace
